These Terms govern your use of gbpauto.pro and the GBP Autopilot application (the "Services"), provided by P/E Danylo Klymenko, doing business as GBP Autopilot ("we", "us"), registered in Georgia at Tbel Abuseridze street, N 38, flat N 63, Batumi, Adjara 6010, Georgia. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

GBP Autopilot is software for local business owners that helps you track your Google Maps rankings, audit your Google Business Profile, monitor competitors, and generate suggested content (such as review replies, keyword ideas, and outreach message templates). The Services provide information and suggestions; we do not perform outreach on your behalf and we do not contact your customers.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments, taxes & cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed month-to-month at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • Our checkout and payments are provided by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo's buyer terms. Dodo handles applicable VAT/sales tax.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your responsibility for content and outreach (important)

The Services may generate message templates and other text for you. You are solely responsible for how you use any output, including any decision to contact your customers. When you send messages or solicit reviews yourself, you must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules, including but not limited to:

  • TCPA / CAN-SPAM and equivalent rules — obtain proper consent, honor opt-outs, and respect quiet hours before sending SMS or email.
  • Google's review and content policies — never gate reviews (don't filter by sentiment), never offer incentives for reviews, and follow Google Business Profile guidelines.

We provide compliance-minded defaults and guidance, but the obligation and liability for your outreach rests with you, not us.

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, number of reviews, traffic, or business outcome. Rankings depend on Google and many factors outside our control. Third-party data (e.g., search metrics) is provided "as is" and may be estimated or delayed.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the Services; access them by unauthorized means; scrape or resell the Services; upload unlawful content; infringe others' rights; or use the Services to violate Google's policies or applicable law (including the review and messaging rules in §4).

7. Intellectual property & your content

We and our licensors own the Services and all related IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services per these Terms. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Services. Content we generate for you is yours to use, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (Google, DataForSEO, Dodo Payments, and others). Their terms and availability are outside our control, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Term & termination

You may stop using and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, and your outreach to customers, including claims that your messaging or review solicitation violated law or platform rules.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact us at support@gbpauto.pro and try to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. If unresolved, the courts of Georgia will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you other rights.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
