This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to GBP Autopilot (the "Services"), where payment is processed by Dodo Payments.
1. Merchant of Record
Our checkout is provided by Dodo Payments, which is the Merchant of Record for these transactions and handles billing and applicable taxes. Purchases are also subject to Dodo's buyer terms.
2. Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Subscriptions are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
3. Consumer right to cancel (EEA/UK)
Where applicable consumer law gives you a right to withdraw, you may request a full refund within 14 days of a transaction, subject to Dodo's terms.
4. After 14 days
Because we bill month-to-month, we generally do not refund partial periods after the 14-day window. If you were charged in error or experienced a service problem, contact us — we review billing issues in good faith.
5. How to request a refund
Because Dodo Payments holds the funds as Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Dodo. Start a request by emailing support@gbpauto.pro (include your account email and the charge date), or use the contact details on your Dodo receipt.
